Having spent years working within the field of ‘behaviour‘, we offer fresh thinking around behaviour support in school. We consider the links between mental health and behaviour and how resilience and psychological safety can support our children and young people.
We run open training courses but also like to take an approach of getting to know our schools and understand the context before developing a package of support. Bespoke training is based on the needs of your setting; Insets, clinics, coaching - we'll work together to develop thinking, practice and cultures.
Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses are for everyone who works with, lives with or supports young people aged 8-18. We will teach you the skills and confidence to spot the signs of mental health issues in a young person, offer first aid and guide them towards the support they need. In doing so, you can speed up a young person’s recovery and stop a mental health issue from getting worse.
